| By following a six step cleaning process, your rug receives a deep down cleaning that will not only preserve its value but restore your rug's original beauty. The first of our cleaning process is actually the most important. Observing the care standards that have been performed by rug cleaning professionals for hundreds of years, we begin our cleaning with an extensive rug "beating" or dusting. Once dusted, we utilize a vinegar and water solution that allows the dyes of the rug to stabilize so that they will not bleed once we begin shampooing and applying an anti-browning agent to the fringes. After the rug is steam cleaned an ultra-seal is applied, it is then allowed to dry for a period of 24 hours before it is returned to you. |
